Meet our Director and Speech Pathologist
Victor Chai
Director and Speech Pathologist
Victor has extensive experience providing speech pathology services across the lifespan, working with individuals from early childhood (age 2) through to adulthood (age 60). His areas of clinical focus include:
Stuttering intervention for both paediatric and adult populations
Social communication skills development for children, adolescents, and young adults with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD)
Management of neurodegenerative disorders, with particular expertise in voice therapy and the integration of assistive technology
Early Childhood Early Intervention (ECEI) for speech and language development
Implementation and support of Augmentative and Alternative Communication (AAC) systems, including Proloquo2Go, LAMP, and Novachat
Victor has supported participants with a diverse range of diagnoses, including Down syndrome, cerebral palsy, ASD (levels 1, 2, and 3), foetal alcohol spectrum disorder, intellectual disability, ataxia, global developmental delay, right-sided traumatic brain injury (TBI), and childhood stroke.
